No. The form sends a request to Alford Hall. The club will contact you to confirm whether the room is available.
Can I view a room before booking?
Yes. Add a note in the form and the club can arrange a viewing with you.
Can I book more than one room?
Yes. Choose the closest room option in the form and explain what you need in the message box.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged directly with Alford Hall after the club confirms the booking.
Are private events shown on the calendar?
The public calendar should only show whether a room is busy. Private names and details are not shown.
